24-Year-Old Nigerian Earns Doctorate Degree in Math

Hallowed Olaoluwa

A Nigerian, Hallowed Olaoluwa, earned his Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in mathematics with a perfect Cumulative Grade Point Average (5.0) from the University of Lagos, Nigeria at 24-year-old.

Olaoluwa’s parents are missionaries with Deeper Christian Life Ministry.

In the interview below with a Nigerian newspaper, The Nation, Olaoluwa stated, “As I was was growing, I had all this childhood dream; I want to work in the CIA and such agencies,”.

It can be noted that Olaoluwa is a United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) Ambassador of Peace and he earned two master’s degrees at 19-year-old.
