  3. Franklin Egbuche says:

YOU DON’T SUCCEED IN LIFE BECAUSE YOU ARE A GOOD PERSON; YOU SUCCEED BECAUSE YOU ARE GOOD AT WHAT YOU DO!

¤A good leader is not he with a smiling face.

    ¤Humble attitude.

    ¤Soft-spoken.

    ¤Emotional.

    ¤And religious.

In a social engagement, all those things are gold.

But in an official engagement, with expectations entrusted on you; these are what matters:

    ¤Efficiency.

    ¤Precision.

    ¤Objectivity.

    ¤Guts.

    ¤Toughness.

    ¤And Delivery.

If someone doesn’t possess all these qualities and lots more, that person can’t make a good leader.

Asking people to understand your ‘plight’ and reason with you is a leadership disaster.

You ought to be a motivator, an energy source to those following you.

Why take out your time, contest for election under the pretext that you understand your people’s problems and you have solutions to profer and when you eventually get their you start ‘pleading for their *understand*’?

Those where the problems they wanted solutions to in the first place!

Why go there when you ain’t got solution?

The people DON’T need to understand the predicaments you encounter running the office, they want the solutions.

Since Independence, all the leaders have pleaded for understanding.

Are we to forever keep understanding while the rest of the world accelerates beyond our reach?

    GOD BLESS NIGERIA!!!!
