October 1 Bombing: Charles Okah collapse in Prison, Other suspects plead for help

Justice Kolawole Gabriel adjourned the October 1, 2010 Abuja Bombing case to the 20th of January, 2012 because the first accused person, Charles Okah, is seriously ill – as at press time, he is supposedly receiving care at the Kuje prison Hospital.
Charles Okah’s lawyer, Oghenovo Otemu, applied for stay of proceedings on the Case, pending the determination of an appeal court, on the jurisdiction of the court to try the case.
It can be noted that other accused persons in the pending case, Mr. Edmund Ebuware and Mr. Tiemkemfa Francis, cried for help in Court because of the inhumane treatment they receive in Prison.
Mr. Oghenovo Otemu, Mr. Tiemkemfa Francis, and Mr. Edmund Ebuware speak in the following videos.
