Supreme Court Rule in favour of Buhari

The Supreme Court of Nigeria ruled today that the Petition filed by the Congress for Progressive Change (CPC) on behalf of Major-General Muhammadu Buhari before the Presidential Election Tribunal, formerlly headed by Justice Ayo Salami will not be dismissed as requested by the People’s Democratic Party (PDP). The CPC filed a Petition before the Presidential Election Tribunal after the Aril, 2011 Presidential Election in Nigeria alleging that the Independent Electoral Commission (INEC) connived with the PDP to rig the Presidential Election; the CPC wants the Tribunal to nullify the Presidential election and order a re-run between it and the PDP. What are you thinking?
