President Goodluck Jonathan Orders Arrest of Nation Newspaper Managers Because of Unfriendly Publication About Obasanjo

Nigerian Police went to the Lagos and Abuja Offices of The Nation Newspaper to arrest the Deputy Editor, Mr. Lawal Ogienagbon, the News Editor of weekend titles, Mr. Dapo Olufade, The Managing Editor in charge of Northern Operations, Mr. Yusuf Alli, and the Bureau Chief, Mr. Yomi Odunuga after asking for the Managing Director/Editor-in-Chief of the Newspaper, Mr. Victor Ifijeh and the Editor, Mr. Gbenga Omotoso; Mr. Victor Ifijeh was not at the Office during the raid and Mr. Gbenga Omotoso was in London during the raid.
