Local vs Imported Food Supply

Food prices are constantly increasing in Nigeria. The Minister of Finance in Nigeria stated that “Nigeria spends more that ₦1 trillion to import rice, wheat and sugar”. Nigerians mostly rely on imported food because the Federal Government of Nigeria does not encourage local farmers.

Life is short, and this article saved vlauable time on this Earth.

  3. As its obtainable right now. D 1999 constitution presently budgets for only 15% of d nigerian population. Which includes d political class, d army, police and those in d verious secretariates. . Nothing like social security. Most university graduates still feed from there improvirished parents. If u are sick and have no N5.00 u are likely to die from headace. Recently obasanjo took 15 B$ from our foreign reserve with nothing to show for it.. So my take is that goverment should remove subsidy from d 15% it budgets for and leave nigerians alone
